Hello my name is April Gibb and I am the owner of Integrated Support & Facilitation. I thrive with meeting new people, connecting with their stories, and helping as much as I can. My passion for advocating for others has led me to pursue careers where I am able to exercise that fully.

When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family, including my giant dog. As a family, we love to camp and travel across the country in our camper. I love to read, listen to music, drink a lot of tea, take care of my plants, and listen to podcasts!
My Story
I started in Waiver Case Management in 2010, working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities through the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) . I pursued this field after spending several years working directly with children with developmental and intellectual disabilities. My career trajectory brought me to owning my own business, formerly, Integrated Supports and Case Management. With an ever-changing world, my career path ended with DDRS, and I moved into a whole different world of the Division of Mental Health and Addiction. I am so very excited to learn new skills, use my already developed skills of working interpersonally with youth and families, and to grow individually in my career.
