Hello

My name is Elizabeth Bailey. I am a Wraparound Facilitator at Integrated Support & Facilitation. In my free time, outside of work,  I love to sing. Both of my parents sing and taught me how. Singing dramatic songs helps me express myself and release emotions.  I really enjoy doing my hair and makeup. It helps me feel confident when I am anxious.  I love binge watching different shows and zoning out. It helps me take a beat and because I’ve already seen the shows, knowing what is going to happen in the plot helps me feel less anxious.  My other hobbies include, hiking, stargazing, haunted tours, and watching Netflix.

My Story

Elizabeth has a history of working in several different capacities with families but always within the realm of child welfare. Elizabeth worked for DCS,  in residential settings, supervised visitations and case management, foster care case management, and ABA.  Elizabeth graduated from Ball State University in May of 2017 with a Bachelor's in Social Work. Elizabeth acknowledges that everyone (even parents) struggle when their needs aren’t met and appreciates that Wraparound fosters a healthy understanding of the family’s needs from all perspectives, thus setting the family up for continued success, even if new/old struggles appear.  Elizabeth believes this job assists society with shifting the focus of children’s behaviors. Most of the time when children are exhibiting behaviors, they were not born with those behaviors engrained. They learned by watching, experiencing, and struggling. This program helps parents realize what effect their mistakes have on their children while holding the child accountable for their behaviors and their impact on the family unit.
