High-Fidelity Wraparound

IS&F holds true to high-fidelity Wraparound. We are not clinical in any way - youth and families are not clients, they are simply the people we are here to support. IS&F provides only Wraparound Facilitation services, which allows each Wraparound Facilitator to focus on the process without any additional responsibilities. 

Flexible Time Off (FTO)

IS&F hires with the understanding that we are hiring professionals. We are not your traditional employer when it comes to time off. Flexible time off (FTO) is a paid time off policy that gives employees more freedom and control over their time off. Instead of a traditional system where time off is accrued and tracked for specific purposes (like vacation or sick days), FTO allows employees to take time off for any reason (vacation, illness, errands, etc.) and manage it themselves, often without needing to accrue it first. It's about trusting employees to manage their time effectively while still meeting their job responsibilities. 

Benefits

IS&F offers a group Dental and Vision Plan. We also provide a monthly stipend for medical insurance that allows the employee to shop for their own private or MarketPlace insurance. IS&F offers a 401K to eligible employers. IS&F offers monthly expense benefits.  Lastly, IS&F partners with the Indiana Youth Institute for free telemedicine (both medical and mental health) for eligible employees and their loved ones. 

Technology

IS&F provides the technology for you to complete your job duties. IS&F purchases and maintains all laptop computers. Ongoing tech support is readily available. IS&F does not have a clinical-heavy documentation system. Each system is streamlined and the intent is to maximize your time. 

Positive Work Environment

IS&F encourages ongoing dialogue between all employees.  Co-Owners are heavily involved in the day-to-day ongoings of the organization and the organization is not top heavy. Each employee is encouraged to voice their concerns or share if they have any suggestions. At IS&F we value transparency because at the end of the day, we are all in this together. 

Respect

We care about our employees and the work they do is important to our community.  Our employees are never to exceed 10 youth. Salary pay for our employees is dependent on experience within the Wraparound field. We believe we pay a respectful salary - this work is hard, and youth workers deserve to feel appreciated.
