Hello

My name is Kim White.  Outside of work, my family is my greatest joy. I cherish every moment spent with my partner, Chris, and I'm a proud grandmother whose grandkids truly own my heart (when they’re not sharing it with my two wonderful daughters). My favorite season is summer, and despite my fondness for holiday spirit—especially during Christmas when I can’t resist decorating every room with festive cheer—I relish the warmth of family gatherings and laughter.

My Story

As a dedicated Wraparound Facilitator with over five years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting families on their journey to a brighter future. In my current role, I guide families through individualized plans of care, helping them navigate challenges and discover hope. Prior to this, I spent four years as a case manager in a mental health setting, where I honed my skills in coordination and advocacy.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology through the accelerated program at Indiana University, completing my degree in just 15 months. In addition, I hold a degree in Criminal Justice, which complements my understanding of the complexities surrounding mental health and family dynamics.

A self-proclaimed people person, I thrive on building connections and fostering trust. I believe that every family deserves to feel seen and supported, and I am dedicated to creating a collaborative environment where they can envision better days ahead.

Ultimately, I find immense fulfillment in my work. Every day, I strive to be a beacon of hope for families, encouraging them that together, we can create positive changes and brighter tomorrows.
